Welcome to 2023 4th International Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Conference (AIBC 2023) to be hosted at the University of Aizu in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Japan, 27-29 October, 2023! AIBC 2023 is sponsored by ACM Singapore Chapater and Singapore Institute of Electronics.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is an area of computer
science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent
machines that work and react like humans. With the
help of Artificial Intelligence (AI),
blockchain not only benefits but also provides
returns. AI in return gets more information and that
helps the system’s evolutionary process.
Furthermore, the more sophisticated the AI becomes
efficient. AIBC 2023 is meant for researchers from
academia, industries and research & development
organizations all over the globe interested in the
areas of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. It would be
beneficial to bring together a group of experts from
diverse fields to discuss recent progress and to
share ideas on open questions. The conference will
feature world-class keynote speakers in the main
areas. Let us join in AIBC 2023 to enjoy the
discussion!
Submission & Review Process: Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. After the conference group receiving the paper submission, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. Only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. Aizu is the westernmost of the
three regions of Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, the other two
regions being Nakadōri in the central area of the prefecture and
Hamadōri in the east. It was part of Mutsu Province; the area
once was part of Iwase Province created during the reign of
Empress Genshō. The Yōrō Ritsuryo established the Iwase Province
in 718 through the division of the Michinoku Province (Mutsu
Province). It was composed of five districts of Shirakawa,
Iwase, Aizu, Asaka and Shinobu. The area encompassed by the
province reverted to Mutsu some time between 722 and 724.
Set in a beautiful valley, Aizu-Wakamatsu offers onsen, a
castle, and well-preserved traditional townscapes. The area is
also famous for its lacquerware. It was the last stronghold of
the samurai at the end of the 19th century, and there is much to
see of this history.
